What this site collects

If you use the contact form, what you type is sent by email to the firm’s own inbox. It is not written to a database, a customer relationship system, or any marketing platform. The form asks for your name, a phone number, an optional email address, roughly when the collision happened, and a description of what happened.

If you call, the call goes to the firm. Call handling may record the number you called from so that we can call you back.

This site runs no advertising trackers, no social media pixels, no session recording and no chat vendor.

Fonts are served from this domain rather than from a third party.

No part of this page is loaded from another company’s servers.

This site sets no cookies.

One exception, described because leaving it out would make the paragraph above read as more than it is. The contact form limits how many messages one internet connection can send in an hour, so that nobody can flood the office’s inbox. To count them, the site holds a short scrambled fingerprint of that connection’s address — not the address itself — in memory for the length of that hour. Nothing is written to disk, the fingerprint cannot be turned back into an address, and it is gone when the hour passes or the site restarts, whichever comes first.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs — including IP addresses — for a limited period, as any web host does. Those logs belong to the host and are kept under its own policy; they are used to operate and secure the site.
